called luccettis to place a 40$ order. Phone was answered with "luccettis pizza please hold". The phone was down for 11 minutes and 23 seconds before I was hung up on. I called back wanting to see what they would do to make up for the wait. Got hung up on again.

The pizza i do get from them i have to say is good so far. The cheese bread was under baked. And yes they are rude as hell i think i live in new york city when i order from them. And always make sure you have the right money nothing over onetime my bf had to give the driver a $8.00 tip because he had no change. It never used to be like that. i think it's who ever runs it for Mr Lucchetti. If Anyone ever see's him should tell him about the rude staff..

I ordered a pizza for the first time after living here 35 years. Seeing the Ads in the newspaper and Commercials on TV I thought "Will give it a shot..." I could not believe they sent me a burnt pizza!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on top of that The workers are very rude and unprofessional. The person on the phone said to me. "Well if you don't like it go get a F***in hot and ready!" I'm 64 Years old and don't need to be treated like that. I will never give Lucchettis Pizza my business again.

Love, love, love Luchetti's Pizza!! I am a native of Erie & moved to NJ 1991. Even NYC pizza can't compare to Luchetti's & that's saying a lot!! I have my nephew Alex & his friend Tyler hooked on the everything pizza. They live in MI & agree, Luchetti's hands down has the best pizza! We are all on our way to Erie for the holiday's. First stop, Luchetti's !!

Hate it!!

I will never order from Luchettis again. Our pizza was disgusting and borderline unsanitary. I gaurantee the Food Safety/Health Board would not allow the pizza to be served. There was some mass of burnt "something" baked into our pizza...as if the pan had not been cleaned for months and the mass happened to fall off when sliding our pizza into the box. Furthermore, there was enough sauce dumped onto the pizza for 3 pizzas (you couldn't even see the crust...my 3 yr old son asked where the crust was) and to top it off, there was literally handfuls of cheese randomly placed on the pizza. Oh and need I mention that the pizza was burnt??? When I called, the person was extremely rude and basically said he couldn't do anything for me. As a consumer/customer the most I can do is to spread the word. Luchettis pizza is GROSS!!!

We usually have pretty good food and service from them but tonight was another story. Our pizza arrived burned to a crisp and when my husband called to ask for a new one, they were incredibly rude and nasty and hung up on him. I don't know that we will be ordering from them again.

I would not recommend them to anyone. Their food is mediocre at best and the service is horrible. If you feel like getting ripped off go ahead and order :)
